Is KIP 20 LLC this confident they can blow past Holmdel’s zoning process?

First they removed 42 trees, then they demolished a historic house, neither of which was done with any notification to neighbors. Have they now installed a construction site office, so they can get cracking on paving over 5 acres of residential farmland without any delay, permanently changing the Gateways to Holmdel and Middletown? Once these changes are made, there is no going back. There will be an established precedent that Red Hill Road is a Strip Mall as farm as Holmdel Township is concerned if these changes are permitted.
