The 120,423-square-foot, three-story Life Time club is expected to open its doors [...] at 230 and 250 Half Mile Road, between the Academy bus station and Schultz Drive. The properties are part of the Half Mile Road Redevelopment Plan adopted by the township committee in 2018.

This will include a full size basketball court for the Ultimate Hoops league. Does KIP 20 LLC realize that they will be ruining our neighborhood for a business with a major corporate competitor just down the road with equivalent parkway access. To accommodate the 500+ parking spaces, Life Time are building a four story parking garage. At Red Hill Rd, KIP 20 will just pave over farmland and drive wildlife out.
