Final Historic Buildings Demolished Last Saturday, “Completeness Hearing” to Follow

Last Saturday morning the final historic barn on the property at 125—127 Red Hill Road was demolished. The workers had been idle for months, yet suddenly lept into action. Why? It turns our that this week, on July 20th, there will be a “completeness hearing.” KIP 20 don’t feel that they need to follow zoning regulations and they also don’t want to have to file a complete application. The purpose of the hearing is for them to ask that the board give them permission to proceed with an incomplete application. Does this seem right?
