Prevent the Unrestricted Commercial Development at 125–127 Red Hill Road, in Holmdel.

 

We are local opposition to the proposed development of residential/agricultural land at the Gateway to Holmdel into a five acre commercial site, at 125–127 Red Hill Rd, Holmdel.

Red Hill Road is the Gateway to Holmdel, where we have chosen a more residential and rural way of living, not a strip mall.

The proposed development will pave over five acres of land in Holmdel that is zoned for residential/agricultural use, replacing them with a four office buildings and a parking lot. There will be floodlights, constant traffic, a substantial septic tank and field, and displacement of wildlife, dramatically changing the character of the area where we have all chosen to live.
